Does Hypnotherapy work for Smoking Cessation?
Step 1
When you come in for your session, you will first talk with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on which methods your therapist will use so that you know what to expect.
Yasmin will lead you into a deepened, relaxed state. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis so that you will be entirely in control. You may feel like you're sleeping, but you will still be aware of what's happening. This is entirely normal.
Yasmin uses suggestions to help you move towards your goal of quitting smoking. This may include picturing yourself in a situation where you have already stopped smoking or imagining how good it will feel to be
a non-smoker.
